Unbreakable Lifestyle was built on the belief that real strength goes beyond the gym.
John Conner brings professional-level discipline, structure, and accountability to every client he works with—helping athletes and professionals build bodies that perform and habits that last.
John’s path to coaching was shaped by years of competing at the highest level of sport. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, he was a college football All-American fullback before entering the NFL as a 2010 fifth-round draft pick of the New York Jets. He also spent time with the Cincinnati Bengals and New York Giants, gaining firsthand experience in elite training environments where preparation, recovery, and mental toughness were non-negotiable.
Following his NFL career, John didn’t step away from the work—he leaned further into it. He continued his education by interning and learning under some of the most respected strength coaches and performance programs in the industry, including time as an intern strength coach with the Cincinnati Bengals and trained under Strength Coach Clif Marshall.
But what ultimately defines John’s work today isn’t where he played—it’s what he learned.
Elite performance isn’t about motivation or hype. It’s about structure, discipline, and doing the right things consistently, even when it’s hard. That philosophy led John to found Unbreakable Lifestyle in 2019, with the goal of reaching more people and helping them build strength, confidence, and habits that last far beyond a single workout.
